- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I was very disappointed in this company. They cut the wrong hole for the tap and told me it was my fault for not requesting the one I needed. They then changed their strategy and said I had a conversation with the fitters and told them it was a mono tap I was having fitted. I have no idea what a mono tap is and how it should be positioned. I am totally gob smacked at the lack of professionalism in my opinion.By Admin, February 15, 2019
