  Bought and collected a new beko double built under oven on 16/5/13. Very friendly and professional staff who took the time to help with the purchase and also happy to leave me to browse the extensive selection of stock on display. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection available, more choice in fact than some of the bigger national companies and also the very competitive prices. To me, however, the true value of a company really shows in the manner which they deal with any customer issues which may arise. On getting home and installing the oven I noticed that the lower oven door handle had worked itself loose on one side, and when it became apparent that I would not be able to resolve it, I called back in to the showroom. The issue was dealt with very swiftly and curteuosly, and although they did not have a replacement lock screw in, they proceeded to take the handle off a new oven to resolve the problem immediately. Thank you for a great deal, but more importantly, excellent customer service and I have already recommended you to a colleague who is looking to purchase a freezer.
