  Do not use this woman unless you want to find bats or any trace of them ever being there. She actively wants to find them, rather than doing an independent and fair survey. Even when faced with no evidence of bats, she will actively try and prolong the process to find something, or say: but they could be here! She wasted almost a year of our time and cost us thousands. We needed a bat survey for planning permission and she made our lives hell. No bats where ever found. Total waste of time. Do not let her anywhere near your house!!!
